We are looking for a senior, well-connected Strategic Advisor to support our network and client access in Switzerland.
This role is for someone who understands how the Swiss market works: trust, reputation, and warm introductions matter more than broad outreach.
You’ll work directly with the founder, helping us connect with decision-makers in private banks, investment firms, SMEs, family offices, and corporates — organizations that value a disciplined, Swiss-standard approach to recruiting and consulting.
This is not a sales role.
It’s a focused collaboration built around access, judgment, and relationships.
Your Contribution
Introduce us to founders, executives, HR leaders, and investors in Switzerland
Provide guidance on market dynamics, key players, and opportunities
Join selected conversations to support trust and context
Help us identify sectors and companies where our work provides the strongest value
This is a senior advisory function, not operational delivery.
