Your tasks as Sales Manager:
* You will acquire new customers for our company and maintain existing relationships with reliability and commitment
* With personal responsibility and creative flair, you will manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to successful conclusion
* You will develop tailor-made business concepts and IT solutions together with customers and colleagues
* You will carefully prepare customer appointments, workshops, and events and organize them together with our experts
* You will ensure transparency through regular reporting and keep all project participants up to date at all times

Your profile:
* You have a bachelor's degree or comparable training – ideally with a focus on economics or technology
* You already have experience in sales of SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors) or in management consulting
* Your passion for sales drives you: you impress with your commitment, enthusiasm, and solution-oriented approach
* As a strong communicator, you can convey content clearly and convincingly, approach people openly, and find the right words even in challenging situations
* You are confident and assertive, while remaining pragmatic and confident in negotiations
* Fluency in German and good English skills as well as a moderate willingness to travel are required for your daily tasks

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is EUR 3,843 gross per month. With the appropriate qualifications and experience, you can of course expect to be paid above this amount and benefit from a commission model.
