Are you an expert in SAP HCM and eager to further develop HR processes from an IT perspective? In this position, you will act as the interface between HR and IT, shape the digital HR system landscape, and ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Job Description
1. Support and further develop SAP HCM with a focus on Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management
2. Analyze, optimize, and implement IT-supported HR processes
3. Participate in SAP HCM transformation projects, such as system migrations or upgrades
4. Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to ensure optimal system usage
5. Support and train key users on process- and system-relevant topics
6. Ensure global HR-IT standards and harmonization of HR systems
Qualifications
* Completed education in IT or several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM
* Knowledge of HR processes, especially payroll and time management
* Affinity for IT and interest in the further development of HR systems
* Experience with Jira & Confluence is an advantage
* Analytical and structured working style, combined with strong communication skills
* Excellent German and English language skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. The salary typically ranges from €3,900 to €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime is excluded.
