Quality Engineer (m/f/d) – Research & Development
Location: Innsbruck, Austria — Professionals Full-Time 38.5h Permanent
Responsibilities
* Provide post-market R&D support for audio processors & accessories and ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA and ISO 13485
* Drive product and supplier changes within change control, incl. obsolescence management, alternative part qualification, and V&V planning and implementation
* Maintain risk management and design documentation (risk files, tech docs, traceability) to ensure audit readiness
* Contribute actively to the quality system, driving continuous improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and compliance
* Collaborate cross-functionally and feed post-market learnings into product improvements and change decisions
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Engineering or equivalent education
* High level of reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges
* Strong self-organization, resilience, and initiative, paired with a conscientious and detail-oriented working style
* Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage

Further information
Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
