Duties & Responsibilities:
* Be the go to person/voice of reason for all staff, including leadership
* Run the day‑to‑day operations of the office space
* Working closely with leadership to manage the team & drive culture
* Admin Role / Marketing / HR / Onboarding
* Event Management
* Office Adhoc tasks - Booking flights, Ordering Office items, Assisting Management
Skills & Experience:

* Great verbal communication and leadership skills
* Ability to lead teams, mentor and motivate individuals
