As part of our established Global People Services and Operations team we are committed to delivering a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle for over 370 people in Austria. You will provide high-quality query support and people services to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. This includes offering expert advice and guidance through our case management system ServiceNow. Your ability to deliver exceptional support will be instrumental in maintaining a positive employee experience.

Qualifications
* Good experience in HR operations or people services (onboarding offboarding internal transfers promotions etc.)
* Good understanding of local labor laws and ensuring compliance in HR matters
* Comfortable using technology and skilled in using HR case systems like ServiceNow or Oracle HCM
* Clear and confident communicator both written and spoken (German and English)
* Strong at solving problems and handling tricky HR situations (ideally Austrian labor law experience)
* Detail-oriented and organized keeping accurate records and overall employee files
* Can handle multiple cases stay on top of priorities and work under pressure
* Aware of ways to improve processes and make operations smoother
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel Outlook and Teams
