Empowered to explore, everyday we work towards our ultimate aim – treating, preventing, modifying and even curing complex diseases.**What you’ll do*** Design, implement, and evaluate marketing activities for assigned products within a specific product line* Develop and manage distribution channel solutions, which may include digital, social media, and inside sales channels* Assist in reviewing marketing programs and recommend or implement improvements* Support the analysis of market data to identify key drivers and opportunities within target segments* Collaborate with promotional and direct-to-consumer teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution**Essential for the role*** Apothecary Degree or Bachelors Degree in Science.* Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand management with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign* In depth understanding of the Respiratory patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey* Demonstrable Strategic and tactical approach within Respiratory therapy area.* Clear evidence of innovation leading to success* Strong focus on effective decision making and results* Able to work cross-functionally especially with sales team to develop specific plan to address different challenges at customer level* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Team player, organized, results oriented and independent* Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
