We are looking for someone who doesn’t just \"execute campaigns\" — but understands how ideas, messaging and customer psychology come together to drive results. You will support the planning and execution of product launches and campaigns, shape how we communicate on our website, and help translate ideas into customer‑relevant experiences. This is a junior role with strong development potential – ideal if you already have some experience and want to grow into a more strategic position over time. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of campaigns and product launches Coordinate between teams (performance marketing, visual, website, copy) Work on onsite communication (homepage, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages) Translate campaign ideas into clear, customer‑focused messaging Apply basic sales psychology principles to improve communication and conversion Support with copywriting for onsite and campaign‑related content (e.g. video scripting) Help identify quick wins and improvements across the customer journey Contribute to building structured campaign workflows and templates Support in improving and scaling internal processes (e.g. campaign & launch workflows) backed by AI workflows Qualifications First experience in marketing, e‑commerce, content or campaigns Strong feeling for brand, messaging and customer perspective Interest in sales psychology and what drives buying decisions Highly structured way of working and ability to coordinate multiple topics Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Fluent in English (German is a plus, not a must) High interest in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, other automation tools) and first hands‑on experience First experience with project management tools (ideally Notion or similar) Motivation to build, improve and automate processes (e.g. campaign & launch workflows) Curiosity to make things more efficient, scalable an
