But in order for us to be able to celebrate great successes with them, the bikes first have to be developed - and that's where you come in. As a designer* in the area of engine development for our off-road bikes, you will combine your passion for racing with your expertise in engine development. You will take part in our development of a wide variety of engines for off-road motorsport, be responsible for functionality and also be involved in the projects that are responsible for our success. THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
1. design and development for all our offroad factory engines in motorsport and continuous development of the engine components
2. supervision of the entire product development cycle from concept creation to the finished engine
3. organization, procurement and construction of prototype tools and prototype parts
4. preparation and maintenance of documentation and parts lists
5. independent development of constructive ideas for a design
6. coordination of technical details with internal decision makers as well as international suppliers
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
7. successfully completed technical education with focus on automotive engineering, mechanical engineering (HTL/FH/TU)
8. professional experience in the field of design as well as basic knowledge of the structure and functioning of combustion engines
9. very good knowledge in a technical drawing program (Creo or similar) and MS-Office
10. English, both written and spoken and German skills preferred
11. active motorcycle reference desirable
12. communicative and flexible personality with team spirit and organizational skills
13. analytical, creative and solution-oriented thinking as well as structured, methodical and precise way of working
