Job Description
This company are looking for an (Senior) Consultant from a HR-IT background and become one of the main points of contact with SuccessFactors.
As one of the points of contact for SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the technical responsibility and support for SuccessFactors. As an expert, you will work on the implementation and the development of projects in the HR IT Space, including the current full suite implementation of SuccessFactors beginning with EC. You provide quality assurance and configuration management by combining technical requirements with business procedures and HR expertise.
You oversee change and release management, provide professional leadership to users and assist in the development and delivery of training courses. You're in charge of incident and issue management, as well as any required communication. You will also liaise with the implementation partner to ensure successful delivery of SuccessFactors
You will be responsible for:
* Advising HR Business Partner and Stakeholders with expert advice on HR processes as well as the functional implementation of SuccessFactors
* Analysing business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Employee Central processes.
* Analysing, consulting, creating and deploying state-of-the-art HR business process applications
* Conducting interactive and dynamic seminars to create SuccessFactors that empower end users and support client processes.
* Guaranteeing perfect system integration, collaborate with other SuccessFactors teams.
* Learn the most recent SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices on a constant basis.
* Supporting and the development of SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Onboarding, falls under this responsibility.
* Consulting for HR and IT departments regarding the optimization of HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors
* Adapting and setting up SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs
* involvement in rollout initiatives and deployments at the national and international levels
* Organising and carrying out user assistance and training for end users and key users
* Troubleshooting and keeping an eye on continuing operations
