Company Description Lead the laser department with technical expertise: You coordinate laser manufacturing processes, ensure quality and on-time delivery, oversee investments, and provide support in troubleshooting.
Job Description Management and further development of the laser department (laser sintering, laser cutting, laser welding, laser marking)
Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as development of the team
Ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and on-schedule production workflow
Organizing and prioritizing production orders and optimizing production processes
Ensuring optimal utilization of laser machines
Providing support for technical inquiries and troubleshooting during ongoing operations
Initiating and supporting process improvements and investment projects
Qualifications Completed technical training in metal engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in laser processing; leadership experience is an advantage
Further training such as certified laser specialist, VT inspector, or laser safety officer is an advantage
Knowledge of welding technology is desirable
High technical competence and a precise, responsible way of working
Strong organizational skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Very good German language skills

Compensation We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
