Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures.
* Develop and expand the dealer network, including strategic and operational aspects.
* Implement new standards and concepts for retail, such as events, tools, shopping mall activations, and pop-up stores.
* Work with local distributor partners on network planning and target setting to accelerate expansion.
* Collaborate with design studios and local architect agencies on feasible solutions (e.g., greenfield vs. refurbishment concepts).
* Additional responsibilities may include product strategy, pricing, product training, and knowledge management, depending on business needs.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
* Commercial experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of retail, wholesale, and sales strategies across different sales layers.
* Experience in developing dealer networks, ideally within the Austrian market.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to work effectively across diverse international teams.
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to tasks.
* Specific product knowledge, especially regarding the USPs of EVs & PHEVs.
* Native German speaker and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel.
