The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head of Product who can take ownership of the full product lifecycle and help scale Jobgether’s AI‑driven coaching and matching experience.
You’ll shape the roadmap, work closely with engineering, data, and design, and make sure we build a product that users trust and come back to.
This role requires someone who is comfortable with fast iteration, clear prioritization, and hands‑on product work.
What You’ll Lead
Product strategy and roadmap
Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with user needs and business priorities.
Turn high‑level ideas into simple, testable product steps.
Ensure we ship quickly while keeping quality high.
User insights and analytics
Own Mixpanel: dashboards, funnels, retention, activation, and user behavior analysis.
Use data to refine decisions, identify friction points, and guide the roadmap.
Drive a culture of measurable outcomes and continuous learning.
Execution with engineering and design
Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and a small engineering team.
Write clear specs, manage sprints, and ensure smooth delivery.
Keep cross‑team communication simple and focused.
Product quality and experience
Make sure the user journey is coherent across web, mobile, and email touchpoints.
Improve onboarding, recommendations, job matching flows, and our coaching tools.
Maintain consistency in voice, UX, and product structure.
What You Bring
Experience leading product in a B2C/B2B SaaS or marketplace.
Strong Mixpanel expertise (product analytics): funnels, events, retention, dashboarding, segmentation.
Ability to turn complex problems into clear, simple solutions.
Comfortable working in a small team with quick cycles and limited resources.
Strong communication, prioritization, and product judgment.
Understanding of growth, UX, and data.
Fluent in English.
Experience building AI or recommendation‑based products is a plus.
