Job Purpose
To be trained on all aspects of the Retail work of Burberry Cash Office.
Responsibilities
* Daily reconciliation of bank and control accounts, including matching of cash and credit card transactions in multiple accounts, in multiple currencies on a daily basis.
* Daily upload of files from third parties.
* Weekly reconciliation & replenishment of Burberry gift vouchers.
* Weekly production of Aged Items Reports.
* Production of Month End bank and control account reconciliations for allocated accounts.
* Upload of Month End reconciliations into EchoSign
* All printing and filing connected to these jobs.
* Any ad-hoc jobs that may be required.
*PERSONAL PROFILE*
* SAP experience
* Working in an accounts dept. for 2-3 years.
* Accurate attention to detail.
* Good Excel skills
* Able to work well in a team.
* Enjoys working in an extremely busy environment.
* Proactive and able to use common sense.
* Conscientious and willing to learn, open to new ideas.
* Good time management.
