Process Engineer (m/f/d) Final Products HMI
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will optimize assembly methods, processes and production equipment within the Final Products HMI area. You will make a significant contribution to improving quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness, and you will support innovative process solutions from initial concept through to full implementation.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month.
* Analysis, optimization and further development of assembly methods, processes and equipment in a production environment
* Identification, implementation and support of improvement projects, taking quality, cost, efficiency and safety requirements into account
* Technological support for production as well as assistance during commissioning and process ramp‑ups
* Evaluation of new process technologies and involvement in test activities as well as supplier decisions

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
* Completed technical education and experience in a production‑related environment
* Professional experience in process engineering or production optimization
* Very good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
* Well‑developed analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem solving
* Knowledge of Lean Management and the optimization of work processes
* Very good German skills, both written and spoken
* High level of initiative and a structured, solution‑oriented working style
* Effective communication skills and clear team orientation

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025.
