What You’ll Do
Lead social-first accounts with confidence, clarity, and partnership energy.
Run campaigns across social, content, influencer, UGC, and paid.
Build strategies that shift behaviour, not fill calendars.
Manage creator campaigns end to end.
Collaborate with media + performance for tight alignment.
Use AI + automation where it helps us move faster and smarter.
Brief designers, editors, producers, creators, and media teams.
Guide creative without micromanaging.
Write sharp decks, proposals, and reports.
Keep comms smooth, momentum high, clients happy.
Spot upsell opportunities that genuinely help clients.
Shape systems as we build toward a scalable agency model.
Be a steady leader, calm, direct, organised, human.
Who You Are
3+ years in agency account leadership.
Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator culture.
Comfortable across creative, paid, content, influencer.
Strong communicator and clean writer.
Confident with feedback, clients, and protecting the work.
Proactive, organised, curious.
Calm under pressure.
Open to AI and new tech.
Comfortable with unconventional ideas and non-linear briefs.
