We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who challenges the status quo. Someone who sees AI not just as a tool, but as a driver for the next generation of marketing. You take full responsibility for our content strategy and, with editorial foresight, shape the thematic fields that make our expertise and depth of content visible in the market.
Your Job's Key Responsibilities Are
Development and implementation of a content strategy leveraging AI-driven automation to scale high-quality output while maintaining expert knowledge
Independent planning and management of the editorial calendar and annual content roadmap, bridging deep technical research with fast, cross-channel distribution
Creation of in-depth content (whitepapers, research, webinars, blogs) on software solutions, MDM, data governance, and data strategy that resonates with experts
Design and optimization of automated marketing workflows (e.g., HubSpot, AI agents) for efficient lead generation and personalized lead nurturing
Management of the social media strategy (especially LinkedIn) to increase engagement and strengthen MDM thought leadership
Development of customer success stories that clearly demonstrate client value and cost optimization
Close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent content and brand communication, including sales collaterals and visual assets
Your Skills
+3 years of professional experience in content marketing, ideally in the B2B software or SaaS sector
AI Native with a strong interest in Agentic AI and LLMs; hands-on experience with ChatGPT and building AI-driven workflows and process automation
Practical experience with CMS tools (especially Storyblok) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) for lead management. Nice to have: experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to integrate AI into marketing processes
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn marketing (organic growth) and a good understanding of SEO fundamentals
Independent research, experimentation with new tools, and proactive identification of global trends for early adoption
Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
Ability to work strategically, conceptually, and in a structured manner – from editorial planning to final asset delivery
Team-oriented, highly self-responsible, and proactive work style

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. It is important to us to offer all employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we state the annual minimum salary for full-time employment according to the current IT collective agreement, which for this position is € 53,802 gross/year.
