We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Group IT Strategy & Governance team in a Student Support role, focusing on Communication and Collaboration. This role is perfect for someone passionate about IT & marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Your tasks / Your responsibilities
1. Assisting the Group IT Product Owner for Collaboration with day-to-day operational responsibilities across diverse communication channels, including SharePoint Page, Viva Engage, and MS Teams
2. Composing and distribution of monthly newsletters for Group IT Division
3. Developing and reporting on main KPIs in the communication channels
4. Supporting in event organization and coordination tasks
5. IT@RBI :you will work in an informal but professional team and in an innovative environment on the pulse of time
Your profile / Your personality
6. Studies : Preference for candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication or marketing
7. Interests : Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Confluence & Jira, and beneficial to know the Adobe creative cloud application
8. Personality : Excellent Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Open Minded, Creative, Team Player
9. Communication : Fluent in English, having good understanding of German is a plus
