About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experiencedAssistant Managerto join our Business Services team and take on a leadership role within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Working alongside a supportive Director and Senior Manager, you’ll help guide and develop junior Team Members while overseeing workflow and reviewing deliverables. You’ll also be responsible for providing tailored business and tax advice to an established client base, including clients with more complex requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed. You’ll play a key part in driving team performance and contributing to decisions that shape client outcomes and long-term success.

Skills and Experience
This opportunity will suit an individual with the following:

* CA or CPA qualification
* Proven experience in business services, ideally with exposure to complex tax matters
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Clear and confident communication style with a client-first mindset
* Professional, proactive approach to work
* Advanced technical skills in tax, forecasting, and advisory are a plus
