Join Mondelēz International’s 2026 Graduate Program in Supply Chain Leadership Development. The program is cross‑functional, lasting three years with three rotations covering manufacturing, customer service & logistics, and engineering, procurement, quality or operations centers.

Candidate Expectations
We seek graduates who are agile, strong communicators, good problem‑solvers, and can think innovatively both in teams and independently. The role requires willingness to relocate domestically.
Candidate Requirements
Recent graduate in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.
Optional internship or relevant experience is advantageous.
Leadership ambition demonstrated through education, hobbies or prior work.
Fluent in English and German.
Domestic or international mobility for the program.

The program starts on 1 September with the first rotation at one of our factories in the DACH region (Lörrach, Fallingbostel, or Bludenz).
