What you’ll do:
1. Mentor and train educators across our centres to ensure best practice.
2. Ensure centre compliance is of the highest standard, meeting and exceeding the National Quality Framework (NQF) requirements.
3. Observe and review staff practices, providing guidance and feedback.
4. Support teams in building a strong, positive culture and professional growth.
5. Drive continuous improvement across all centres.

About you:
* Experienced in early childhood education, with strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
* Passionate about mentoring, training, and developing others.
* Confident in observing, improving, and guiding staff practices.
* Skilled in ensuring and maintaining compliance standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
