On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Pastry Chef / Patissier
Main duties:
1. Prepare mis-en-place for all menus
2. Prepare, cook and present deserts consistently to hotel / restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior Chefs
3. Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
The ideal candidate will:
4. Possess 4 years of experience as a Patissier in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
5. Have strong communication and organisational skills: these are a must as this is a busy, dynamic role.
6. Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings and on occasion, early mornings.
7. Speak German or English fluently

The minimum salary for the position as Patissier (m/f/d) is EUR 2,650.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
