Responsibilities
You lead and continuously develop the performance of our in-field service organization
You design and optimize our international service partner structure
You take full responsibility for a service profit center (SLAs, maintenance, on-site services)
You define meaningful KPIs and ensure they are actively used and embedded in day-to-day operations
You identify improvement potential and drive implementation consistently
You work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support
You bring structure to complexity and speed to execution

How you convince us
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role (e.g. Field Service, Service Operations, Service Partner Management)
Hands‑on experience working with service technicians and international partner networks
A strong sense for customer needs and service quality
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience with financial responsibility
Very good German and English skills
Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to be on-site when needed
Passion for electromobility and technical innovation
