Join our Data Governance and Enablement Team and play a vital role in shaping and promoting a unified data mindset across the company—by crafting engaging internal communication strategies, developing impactful training materials, and fostering a vibrant community of data practitioners and advocates. Your work will energize our data landscape, strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, and help every team confidently leverage data to drive meaningful outcomes.
This is a fixed‑term position until March 31, 2028.
Responsibilities
* Internal communication around data – develop and execute creative internal communication strategies, produce newsletters, SharePoint posts, videos, infographics to highlight updates, success stories, best practices.
* Community building & cross‑functional engagement – support establishment and growth of a network of data owners, stewards, analysts, facilitate connections, encourage knowledge sharing, nurture sense of shared responsibility.
* Governance forums & structured collaboration – plan and coordinate governance touchpoints (Data Owner Council meetings, steward office hours, community of practice sessions), capture insights to feed governance discussions, roadmaps, training priorities.
* Training & learning material development – create visually appealing and easy‑to‑understand materials (slide decks, videos, training modules), collaborate with experts, keep content current and tailored to different data literacy levels.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in internal communications, training development, or related field with proven ability to create clear, engaging, audience‑appropriate content.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, ability to translate technical or data‑related concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
* Experience developing training materials, presentations, e‑learning content, and visually appealing materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, gather feedback, and summarize engagement metrics to continuously improve communication and learning initiatives.
* Interest in data concepts, tools, and technologies—data visualization, analytics, or reporting platforms—to support effective communication and training in a data‑driven environment.
Salary: Minimum EUR 2,303 gross per month (collective agreement). Our compensation package is market‑oriented and significantly above the minimum.
