About the role:
We’re looking for proactive, results-oriented individuals who thrive in the field and are ready to get hands-on. As a Country Operations Manager, you’ll engage directly with guests, owners, and service partners to make a tangible impact.
You’ll oversee local operations, strive for excellence at every touchpoint, and serve as the key performance driver in your market. This role offers the opportunity to be the face of the business — connecting strategy with action, leading by example, and raising standards.

You will have an impact on:
* Enhancing operational performance and striving for excellence across all local touchpoints
* Managing daily operations and performance in Austria
* Being the primary accountability point for local performance across various functions
* Collaborating with central teams to adapt and implement strategic initiatives locally
* Ensuring properties are ready, compliant, and exceed guest expectations
* Addressing issues and scaling successful practices
* Reporting on country-level P&L and operational KPIs with transparency and ownership
