About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will advise German companies on their digital advertising strategies, helping them optimize campaigns, drive business growth, and achieve marketing success.
Requirements
* Fluent in German (C1+) with strong English proficiency
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* 6-12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
What We Offer
* Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
* Permanent contract
* Competitive salary (€24,310 – €30,000 gross per year)
* Performance bonus (up to €3,000 – €4,290 per year)
