YOUR JOB
Leverage your sales expertise to expand our innovative IT solutions across Europe. Build strategic partnerships, lead complex negotiations, and deliver tailored B2B solutions that resonate with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales of the Goldright Enterprise Suite to B2B clients, from lead generation to contract closure and handover to the Customer Success Team
* Represent Goldright at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events
* Identify, approach, and acquire new customers actively
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
* Conduct presentations, negotiations, and manage high-level deals
* Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns
* Support tenders and RfPs
* Manage and optimize your pipeline in CRM
* Share customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
Your Skills
* 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software solutions
* Proven sales and negotiation skills, especially in closing complex deals
* Understanding of data management concepts; experience with master data management is a plus
* Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
* Goal-oriented with a 'hunter' mentality
* Effective collaboration with internal teams
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Fluent in German and English
* Experience with CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive
* Management or onboarding experience is advantageous

The salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The legally mandated minimum annual salary for this full-time role is €53,802, as per the current collective agreement.
