Do you love strong ideas and smart words? Then become a Creative Concepter with us! Develop eye-catching campaigns and make brands shine with creative concepts - from the first idea to the last line. You write texts with a feel for target groups, are familiar with SEO and use AI tools specifically for content creation. Together with our team, you will manage content productions and turn performance into real stories.

Your tasks
* Development of creative concepts for digital campaigns and content strategies
* Creative text for stories & brand concepts
* Writing compelling and target group-oriented texts for websites, social media and advertising material
* Optimising content according to SEO guidelines to increase organic reach
* Editorial planning and management of content productions in coordination with internal teams and external partners
* Use of AI-supported tools for the efficient creation, optimisation and personalisation of text content
* Interpretation of campaign results and continuous optimisation of content performance
What you can contribute
* Completed studies or at least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field
* Creative flair for storytelling, brand communication and digital trends
* Confident handling of SEO methods, keyword strategies and performance optimisation
* In-depth experience with generative AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude or Midjourney
* Experience in the conception and implementation of editorial content for various digital channels
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
Career levels
* Internship – Enjoy your first digital adventures with us on a five or six-month internship. Internships can be done here at any time, and are one way of joining the company on a permanent basis.
* Junior Level – Start as a junior after university and we'll make you a pro. Juniors learn lots in our talent factory and are involved in major projects right from the start.
* Pro Level – Pro level is the right place to start for applicants with a solid understanding of, and plenty of experience in, the digital field. Recommended for applicants with two or three years of work experience in the sector.
* Senior Level – You're a pro in your field and can pass on knowledge to your team in the right amounts at the right time. Your motivation, knowledge, ability and quality awareness set the standard for pixelart teams.
* Lead Level – This is your career step from specialist to leader. In this position you take on leadership responsibilities, develop processes and work on superordinate strategic agency issues.
