Credit Officer Corporate & Institutional Financing (f/m/x)

Your role at RBI
Structure, draft, review, and negotiate national and international loan documentation for large corporate and institutional clients. This includes syndicated and bilateral loans, certificate of indebtedness, supply chain finance, and a wide range of other products governed by English, Austrian, or German law.
Lead and participate in deal teams, acting as a “deal captain” with primary responsibility for a portfolio of transactions, collaborating closely with business units and external partners.
Coordinate syndicated loans as facility and documentation agent.
Manage legal and operational tasks throughout the lifecycle of each financing transaction.
Your core competencies
A university degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
Preferably experience in corporate financing, though it’s not mandatory.
Knowledge of structuring and preparing international loan documentation (e.g. LMA, LSTA) is an advantage.
Ability to merge legal expertise with business needs.
Familiarity with Legal Tech and a passion for AI & innovation.
Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German.
Experience in agile teams, showing initiative, teamwork, and strong customer focus.
