Responsibilities
* Assist the IT Manager in ensuring the functionality of all IT systems for efficient guest service, data security, and compliance.
* Provide 1st‑level support on‑premises and 2nd‑level support for local and hosted systems.
* Set up, maintain, and manage devices such as PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers, fax machines, etc.
* Support in‑room entertainment and guest‑WLAN systems in guestrooms and meeting rooms.
* Manage all databases and system and user applications.
* Assist staff with projects and training in all IT areas.
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in IT.
* Professional experience as an IT operator/administrator desirable.
* Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and very good English skills.
* Knowledge of network administration, backup (Veeam), security, telephone systems, Micros (OPERA/Simphony), VMware, PMS, POS, VEEAM considered an advantage.
* Flexibility, independence, and service orientation.
* EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria required.
