Creative Director (Brand & Content)
We’re looking for a strategic creator who can turn a personal brand into a global, iconic company brand. You’ll have the freedom to propose bold, unconventional concepts and the resources to bring them to life immediately.
Responsibilities
Architect the \"Dual-Brand\" strategy, ensuring David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization.
Propose radical new formats—documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts—that shatter the boring codes of the \"Self-Help\" industry.
Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
Lead radical concepting & end‑to‑end delivery: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure the final cut matches the vision.
Coordinate production resources—motion designers, drone operators, niche experts—and onboard them to bring the vision to life.
Manage content production with David as the “Actor” on set—provide flawless scripts, set, and direction so he can perform without mental load.
Command the content factory: lead the internal team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers), set tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence.
Provide high‑level artistic direction and act as the final quality check; no content meets the \"Paradox Standard\" of aesthetics and storytelling.
Challenge the team to upskill continually—sharper cuts, better sound design, stronger visual storytelling.
Fuel the growth engine: treat content as the primary acquisition channel, collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce conversion‑oriented assets.
Analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate aggressively—kill what's failing and scale what works.
