In this role, you’ll lead the product organization behind our flagship product, Philips SpeechLive, and define its next chapter as we expand into Legal AI and Health AI. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll set the vision, guide execution, and inspire a culture of innovation—ensuring our products continue to deliver meaningful, intuitive experiences that shape the future of professional work.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute the software product strategy for SpeechLive, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities, exploring emerging technologies, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across product & development teams.
Lead and mentor the product management team, building a culture of ownership, innovation and excellence.
Oversee the full product lifecycle— from market research and ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely, high‑quality product development.
Act as a key stakeholder for the organization in prioritizing demands, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and expectations, ensuring customer‑centric product development.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
Define clear KPIs and use data to measure product success, inform decisions, and guide continuous optimization.
What You Bring
8‑10+ years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams.
Track record in B2B SaaS and product‑led growth environments—experience and/or knowledge of legaltech or healthtech highly advantageous.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills—able to turn market research, customer insights, and data into clear product direction.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities; you know how to empower people and bring out their best work, connecting them to a bigger vision.
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting for product development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer
In accordance with the collective agreement for the Electrical‑and Electronics Industry, the minimum base salary for this role is €72,000 gross per year. The actual compensation package will be tailored to your experience and qualifications.
