We are looking for a Business Development Manager (full-time) to join our Vienna office to manage Key Accounts, working with our Business Development Coordinators (BDC) and Business Development team leaders with various day-to-day tasks and long-term projects. You will be reporting to the Director of Business Development. What Your Adventure Will Look Like
* You will be responsible for providing business support for partners in the European and African regions (including but not limited to sales initiatives, cancellations, complaints) as well as improving operator visibility and success on the TourRadar platform through ongoing support and training
* You will actively maintain knowledge of the TourRadar systems and products to enable you to develop training materials, newsletters and other content to support the team, tour operators, affiliates, and travelers
* You will be enabling the growth of our supply base through onboarding new operators and helping them through the onboarding process to ensure success on the platform
* You will develop an understanding of cloud-based software systems and you will be expected to develop, through training, knowledge of the rudimentaries of XML feeds and booking APIs
* You will use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, research, and day-to-day workflows
* As TourRadar’s ambassador, you will help increase brand awareness while supporting training for operators, as well as servicing of accounts
* You must enjoy working in a team atmosphere as this role will require you to liaise with our international teams for marketing, design, technology and more to ensure that pending tasks and projects for operations are completed in a timely manner
* Customer service is key as we connect new partners, onboard their inventory and train their team
* You will work with existing partners and develop new relationships with partners
What You’ll Need To Bring To Your Adventure
* 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager within the travel industry
* You are based in Vienna preferably
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate directly in person and online
* You are a confident speaker, with strong presentation skills
* You are able to present and document topics with limited guidance
* Experience with updating process and training documentation
* Personal and/or professional travel experience to areas in which TourRadar sells
* Natural self-starter, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
* Problem-solving and decision-making capacities
* Passion for the travel industry
