The Innovation Hub of the Vienna Economic Chamber (IHW) is the innovation center that supports Viennese companies through digital services and forward-looking technologies.
Aufgaben
As a Fullstack Developer, you will help shape the digital transformation of Vienna together with us and work on exciting projects that secure and expand the competitiveness of the local economy.
* You will develop user-centered applications based on react-native for hybrid or native mobile applications.
* You will develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems that meet the requirements of our digital applications.
* You will design and maintain APIs for the seamless integration of various systems and applications.
* You will optimize database structures and implement efficient solutions for data transfer and storage.
* You will integrate AI and machine learning models into existing applications and work with data scientists to create innovative solutions.
* You have a good eye for design and work closely with UX/UI designers to develop elegant, accessible interfaces. You implement automated tests, identify technical problems, and ensure continuous improvement of software quality.
* You work in an interdisciplinary team of developers, designers, and product managers using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
Profil
* Several years of experience in fullstack development (at least 3-5 years), ideally with Python & React
* Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other API technologies.
* Expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban and initial experience with DevOps approaches.
* Experience in integrating AI or machine learning approaches into applications is a strong plus.
* A good sense for UI/UX and the ability to implement design systems consistently.
* Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
* You enjoy working in a team and can clearly communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
