The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Server Agent / Chef de Rang – Dstrikt Steakhouse

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver personalized, anticipatory service in alignment with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards to create exceptional guest experiences during the evening service
2. Provide expert knowledge of steak cuts, preparation methods, and wine pairings; confidently guide guests through the menu
3. Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring flawless food and beverage service with attention to presentation and timing
4. Maintain impeccable mise en place, manage a clean and organized station, and uphold luxury dining setup standards
5. Collaborate seamlessly with culinary and service teams; support fellow Ladies and Gentlemen and contribute to smooth, efficient operations
6. Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards, handling guest feedback professionally and proactively

Your Qualifications:

7. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine-dining environment
8. Strong knowledge of à la carte service procedures
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Detail-oriented, with a polished and professional demeanor
11. Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
12. Very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous

19. Competitive compensation: Receive an attractive salary, along with a guaranteed annual pay increase based on your performance

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
