Tasks
* You perform metal structure repairs on aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance and repair instructions, ensuring precision and quality.
* You assess damage in line with manufacturer guidelines.
* You manufacture bushings and bearings using lathe machinery to ensure high quality and accuracy.
* You produce fuel tubes, hoses, and drain tubes using tube-bending machines to meet operational requirements.
* You carry out welding and weld repairs on various aircraft components, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
* You manufacture specialized tools using lathe and milling machines to support and enhance maintenance capabilities.
* You ream bore lugs and install bushings and bearings as part of essential component maintenance.
* You perform maintenance and repairs on shop-related aircraft components in accordance with the Component Maintenance Manual.
* You manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) repairs efficiently under time‑critical conditions to minimize aircraft downtime.

Requirements
* You have completed a technical education or apprenticeship in aviation technology, mechanical engineering, metalworking, or a related field.
* You have hands‑on experience in metalworking, lathes, milling and tube‑bending machines and hold valid welding certifications.
* You have previous experience in the aviation industry, ideally in structural repairs or component maintenance (considered a strong advantage).
* You are able to interpret and work from technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
* You are flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* You demonstrate resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
* You have good spoken German or English skills.
* You have basic computer skills and experience with maintenance systems.
* You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
* You hold a Category B driving license (considered an advantage).
* You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
