Role: Service Delivery ManagerLocation: Vienna, AustriaRole type: PermanentSalary: Best in IndustryEligibility: Right to Work in Austria (No sponsorship)We are looking for an experienced service delivery manager to deliver a large banking transformation project with one of the major Austrian banks.Requirements:Experience in product implementation in Banking Domain (Retail & Consumer banking knowledge is an add-on)Support in Creating SOW and contractsCreation of project plan and WBS (MSP knowledge preferred)Scope Management & Risk ManagementEscalation ManagementChange Control Management with Client Program/Delivery team.Act as Single point of contact at Project Level between the company and ClientCandidate should have good communication skills (native speaker is preferred) for coordinating with relevant stakeholders of Client and companyTracking and monitoring with timely progress reporting as per agreed frequency;Publishing of Weekly Status reporting - Risk Register, Project CharterEnsuring deliverable milestones are met on time within budget and quality.Responsible for creating a Project plan and coordinating with the offshore Dev team for ensuring all delivery milestones are metOverall project tracking and oversight.Co-ordinate with Client Project Manager to execute implementation activities in Client premisesManage on-site teamRequirements:Effective leadership, interpersonal and great communication skillsNative German Speaker and fluent command over the English language.The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teamsGood knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projectsSound business case development and approvals skillsGood knowledge of project management methods like PRINCE2 or PMPGood knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation proceduresSufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the projectThe ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
