Project Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the filing process. Your contributions will ensure that clients receive a seamless experience and that any issues are proactively addressed. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive process improvements. Accountabilities
* Collect and analyze feedback from clients and operational teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
* Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings to prioritize stakeholder needs.
* Triage data corrections and ProFile inquiries from operations teams.
* Author bug reports and enhancement tickets to capture business requirements.
* Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality, including writing procedures.
* Collaborate closely with internal development product owners.
* Maintain the QFS order inbox with accuracy and completeness.
* Partner with the invoicing team to troubleshoot client-specific issues.
* Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager in translation, patent filing, or localization.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience with ProFile.
* Experience in operations, product support, or project coordination.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
* Proven ability to collaborate across teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
