Your Tasks
* Perform analyses on market developments and trends, including demand and price developments, to support the transformation of the F&F business towards a leading European producer of sustainable fuels and chemical feedstocks.
* Assess various technology pathways to enable the technical transformation of F&F and monitor legislative developments related to the EU's "Clean Industrial Deal" (formerly "Green Deal"), evaluating their implications on the business.
* Analyze the F&F transformation project portfolio, derive conclusions, and provide management recommendations to support portfolio decisions.
* Identify relevant external and internal data sources, leverage new data collection processes, and improve data collection and analysis by implementing IT solutions and databases.
* Filter data, handle missing values, and prepare datasets for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
* Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to facilitate understanding.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, influencing policy and decision-making processes.
Your Profile
* University/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, ideally combined with Business/Economics or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills, adaptable to different situations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex matters clearly across organizational levels.
* Structured approach to working with cross-functional teams, with strong conceptual and flexible thinking skills.
* Ability to bridge digital, technical, and commercial teams, with strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a good understanding of cost and result drivers.
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
