Accountabilities
* Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams
* Mentor new sales talent and support skill development through the program
* Leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions
* Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads
* Collaborate with Sales leaders on business needs and talent development
Requirements
* 8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales
* At least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program
* Experience mentoring new sales talent
* Ability to leverage data and metrics effectively
* Experience within SaaS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
