Responsibilities: Development of chemical additives for the wood-based panel industry (paper impregnation & fibreboard production) Independent laboratory work (synthesis, formulation, application testing) Optimization of existing product formulations Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Sales and Process Chemistry Documentation and presentation of test results and project progress Qualifications: Completed chemical education with formulation/project experience or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / related field 2–3 years professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment Very good German and English skills Proficient use of MS Office Strong hands-on laboratory mindset and teamwork orientation High standards regarding safety, quality, efficiency and customer focus The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
