Job Description
Develop and expand regional key accounts by identifying organizational structures, key decision-makers, and technical requirements
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through regular visits and engagement with key stakeholders
Ensure our products are listed as preferred solutions and recognized for their technical excellence within customer organizations
Lead the negotiation, closure, and renewal/termination of global and regional framework agreements, in alignment with internal approval processes
Collaborate closely with national sales teams and business units to align strategies and activities
Provide product management with insights into customer needs, future requirements, and market trends
Drive market penetration through initiatives such as product presentations, sales promotions, upgrade programs, and targeted discount strategies for key accounts
Achieve annual sales targets within your assigned region and accounts
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international B2B key account management or strategic sales in a technical or industrial environment
Strong negotiation skills, particularly with global and regional contracts
Excellent communication skills when working with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are a strong advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40% of the time)
