IT:U is a new technical university in Austria (Linz) dedicated to digital transformation, driven by interdisciplinary research and project-based learning to actively shape this transformation and advance it with a solution-oriented approach.
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Support students in project planning, including setting milestones and resource allocation
* Foster time management skills by helping students prioritize tasks, create schedules, and meet project deadlines
* Teach conflict resolution strategies to resolve team conflicts and act as a mediator when necessary
* Motivate students to reflect on their progress and continuously improve their skills and project outcomes
* Collaborate with project‑involved educators to ensure that the coaching content aligns with the curriculum goals and supports student development
Your strengths and skills
* Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training (or equivalent experience) in coaching, pedagogy, psychology or human resources development
* Experience in coaching, ideally in a student setting, as well as in supporting learning processes and developing key competencies
* Knowledge of project management and agile methods to best support students in structuring and implementing their projects
* High social competence, strong communication and conflict management skills, as well as knowledge of didactic methods
* Excellent English skills on minimum Level C1
