A 4-star superior alpine resort in Windischgarsten, Austria is looking for a motivated Waiter / Chef de Rang (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
* Welcoming and caring for guests (advising and selling) at your station
* Ensuring smooth daily operations in the restaurant
* Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
* Increasing restaurant revenue through additional sales
* Responsibility for a service station
* Supervising a Commis de Rang at your station
* Food service
* Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
* Mise en place duties
* Participation in daily service briefings and regular training sessions
What you should bring
* Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or experience as Chef de Rang in upscale hospitality
* Good knowledge of German and English for communication with guests
* Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and leadership behavior
* Knowledge of beverages and wines
* Friendly and warm personality

General Information
