Content Strategy & Creative Development
In this role, you’ll develop creative and strategic content concepts that translate global marketing objectives into relevant, audience‑first YouTube content. You’ll craft formats and stories that excite new viewers while strengthening the existing community, ensuring every piece of content delivers against clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
YouTube Excellence & Performance Optimization
You’ll establish best‑in‑class practices for designing and optimising content on YouTube, with a strong focus on thumbnail development, title optimisation, and viewer retention. By leveraging platform mechanics and insights you’ll continuously boost the performance of the Red Bull Bike channel and shape content that drives organ
