Job Description
Your role
Support user and market research activities across different projects
Assist with interviews, surveys, usability tests, and workshops
Help collect, organize, and transcribe research data, and support qualitative content and thematic analysis
Collaborate with researchers, UX designers, product managers, and application engineers
Create clear presentations with key insights, detailed findings, user clips, and quotes
Support documentation and communication of research insights
What makes you a great fit
* Currently studying psychology, HCI, sociology, marketing, media studies, or a related field
* Curious about UX research, user-centered product development, and AI-supported tools
* Structured, analytical, and comfortable working with qualitative data and complex information
* Enjoy communicating insights and creating clear presentations
* First experience with research methods, usability testing, or tools like Miro, Jira, or Figma is a plus
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
