Job Description
As a Workforce Management Planner, you will join a dynamic team of 5‑6 planners, collaborating to own and deliver capacity plans for multiple sites across roughly eight countries. You will work closely with a dedicated WFM Analyst and be supported by a Global Planning Lead to enable data‑driven decisions and optimal operational efficiency.
Your Mission
* Create and manage long‑term forecasting, capacity and hiring plans for your region, ensuring service‑level agreements are met.
* Generate reports on performance metrics (handling time, occupancy, shrinkage, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
* Conduct ad‑hoc scenario simulations and sensitivity analyses to support optimal resource allocation.
* Recommend and drive changes that improve customer experience, agent well‑being, and cost‑efficiency considering contracts, skills, and queue setups.
* Lead planning governance, coordinating with product, operations, finance, and recruitment teams to refine hiring plans.
* Improve forecast accuracy by regularly reviewing and reducing Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).
* Co‑own quarterly OKR target‑setting with your Global Planning Lead.
* Build basic data automations to increase Workforce Management efficiency.
Our Humble Expectations
* Experience in forecasting, capacity planning and scenario modeling within a Workforce Management context.
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or similar tool proficiency; BI tools such as Looker are a plus.
* Ability to independently identify and address issues in ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.
* Track record of identifying automation opportunities and improving outcomes.
* Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and cross‑functional teams.
* Capacity to translate strategy into operational plans balancing customer, agent and organisational needs.
* Proactive self‑starter who takes ownership of challenges and solutions.
