I&C Lead - Pharma - Salzburg, Austria - 12-Month Contract

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with project leaders and report progress against plan
2. Implement progress tracking for review and approval of instrument datasheets
3. Track progress for initial instrument calibration and measurement uncertainty analysis
4. Participate in I&C design reviews and assist in resolution of identified I&C issues
5. Liaise with I&C design firm, construction, 3rd party vendors and CQV representatives
6. Interface with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needs
7. Support quality oversight for instrument and field IO panel installation
8. Support resolution of instrument related issues observed during loop checks
9. Manage contractors performing measurement instrument calculations
10. Ensure I&C support is delivered in a consistent manner for all Project areas/nodes
11. Provide necessary progress data to Automation PMO to support preparation of monthly reports
12. Participate in Identifying and analysing risks and planning responses
13. Maintain compliance with training requirements
Requirements:
14. BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
15. 5+ years working experience in I&C Project Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry
16. Previous Pharmaceutical large project experience
17. Preferable, knowledge of DeltaV and Turck I/O hardware
18. Proficiency in commonly used project management tools (scheduling, metrics, risk management)
19. Preferable, solid knowledge of GMP’s and regulatory requirements
20. Exceptional teamwork abilities
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
