Position: Customer Success Account Manager (B2B Sales Focus)

As the key point of contact for B2B clients you’ll help them grow, unlock new opportunities and shape long-term success while growing your own career in an international environment.
What You’ll Do
* Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
* Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
* Build strong relationships with decision‑makers
* Provide insight‑driven recommendations & tailored solutions
* Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
* Exceed sales retention & upselling targets
What You Bring
* C1 level of German
* Experience in B2B sales cold calling and upselling
* A consultative client‑focused communication style
* CRM familiarity (Salesforce HubSpot welcome!)
* Strong English (B2); other languages bonus
* A results‑driven mindset with proven success
* Excellent time management & problem‑solving skills
