YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement region-specific product marketing strategies aligned with global objectives, ensuring growth and market penetration, and act as the single point of contact between Product Marketing and stakeholders in the EMEA region (Sales & Service, Regional Product Management, Marketing & Communications Hubs)
2. Adapt and manage go-to-market strategies and product launch roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution across the region
3. Localize global positioning, messaging, and sales tools to meet customer and market requirements in EMEA
4. Gather and integrate market, application, customer, and competitor insights to refine regional strategies and value propositions
5. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring consistency, alignment, and high-quality execution across all go-to-market activities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7. 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Product Management in an industrial/B2B environment, as well as proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development
8. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a global/regional matrix
9. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
10. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
